Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Drappin account or using the Drappin app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Drappin is an iOS application that helps you find where to buy items you've pinned on Pinterest. We connect to Pinterest via their official API using your authorization, scan pins from the board you select, and display product listings we find.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person.

4. Pinterest integration

Drappin connects to Pinterest through Pinterest's official Developer API. By connecting, you allow Drappin to read data from the specific board you select. You can disconnect at any time, either inside the Drappin app or from your Pinterest account settings. Pinterest's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service also apply to data handled by Pinterest.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Drappin to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or build derivative services from our app.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated systems to overload our infrastructure.

6. Purchase links and pricing

Drappin shows product listings and prices pulled from third-party retailers. We do our best to keep this accurate, but we don't guarantee availability, pricing, or product authenticity. The final transaction always happens on the retailer's site, under their terms.

7. Subscriptions

Some Drappin features may require a paid subscription, billed through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Drappin is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that product matching will always be correct, that prices are current, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Use your own judgment before purchasing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drappin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
