Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Drappin account or using the Drappin app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Drappin is an iOS application that finds where to buy the clothes in a photo. You choose a photo from your library or camera; we run a visual search and display product listings from third-party retailers.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Drappin to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or build derivative services from our app.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated systems to overload our infrastructure.

5. Purchase links and pricing

Drappin shows product listings and prices pulled from third-party retailers. We do our best to keep this accurate, but we don't guarantee availability, pricing, or product authenticity. The final transaction always happens on the retailer's site, under their terms.

6. Subscriptions

Drappin Plus is an auto-renewable subscription billed through Apple's App Store (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy. Free accounts include 3 successful scans and see the first 3 matches per scan.

Plus includes a fair-use limit of 30 scans per day to keep the service fast for everyone.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Drappin is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that product matching will always be correct, that prices are current, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Use your own judgment before purchasing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drappin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
