These terms cover your use of Zoo Merge: Rescue the Animals ("the App"), made by Hazar Üstün. By downloading or playing the App, you agree to them. This is a lightweight, plain-language summary — Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.

1. The App

Zoo Merge is a single-player puzzle game. There is no multiplayer, no chat, and no account system — your progress lives on your own device.

2. In-app purchases

Diamond packs and Remove Ads are optional, one-time or consumable purchases processed by Apple. Consumable purchases (diamonds) are not refundable except as required by Apple's own policies; requests for refunds go through Apple, not us.

3. Advertising

The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, including ads you opt into for a reward. See our Privacy Policy for what that involves.

4. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to manipulate the App's advertising or purchase systems (including automated or fraudulent ad interaction). We may restrict access to the App for accounts or devices that do.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Changes

We may update the App and these terms over time. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the current terms, which always live at this address.
